Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania director Peyton Reed confirmed on Twitter that the MCU threequel has begun filming:

"It begins. Day One - Principal Photography #AntManAndTheWaspQuantumania"

Reed shared a familiar prop from the first Ant-Man film in the announcement: Scott Lang's gift for Cassie Lang during her birthday.
