At this point, if a blockbuster movie comes out without any tie-in to the uber massive multiplayer games Fortnite, it is a disappointment.

The Epic Games developed title continues its run as one of the biggest names in pop culture. Whether it's an in-game Ariana Grande concert, a world-shaking takeover by a Marvel villain, or the ability to play as Tom Hiddleston's LokiFortnite knows no bounds.

One of Fall 2021's blockbusters that could see a digital tie-in is Venom: Let There Be CarnageThe Tom Hardy-starring venture looks to follow up on 2018's box-office smash hit Venom

With Sony's symbiotic sequel in full-on marketing mode, it only seems like a matter of time before Venom hops upon the battle bus.

Venom Headed to Fortnite

According to known leaker @Shiina on Twitter, Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock and Venom from Venom: Let There Be Carnage are heading to Fortnite as skins.

The Eddie Brock drop would feature Tom Hardy's letterman jacket look from the Venom sequel as well as the snarky symbiote himself, Venom.

The Fortnite Cinematic Universe

It is bonkers to think about the gamut of characters Fortnite has assembled at this point. From Eddie Brock to Travis Scott, fans of pretty much anything can log into the multiplayer shooter and have someone to play as.

Now, this Venom skin news is not all that surprising. Just in the last couple of months, Shang-Chi, Peacemaker, and Loki have all debuted in the title, and that is just counting the comic characters. It seems anybody who is anybody has lent their likeness to Epic's moneymaker.

As for what fans can glean from Eddie Brock's appearance of this skin? It is not too much. This outfit has been seen in stills from the film, so seemingly, Sony is really pushing that gray letterman.

Something for gamers to ponder though is, could this possibly be just the start of Let There Be Carnage in Fortnite? Another character that would be primed for a digital debut would be Woody Harrelson's Carnage/Cletus Kasady. However, Epic might be hesitant when pondering the prospect of a known fictional serial killer battling alongside Captain America, Will Smith, and Rick & Morty.
