LEGO Star Wars Reveals First Trailer for Disney+ Halloween Special, Terrifying Tales

Lego Star Wars Halloween

This year, Star Wars fans are in for fewer tricks and more treats.

For those awaiting the debut of The Book of Boba Fett on Disney+, the eventual release of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, or maybe both, Star Wars has something special in the works to tide the fan base over in the form of LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales.

Originally announced back in August with an amusing "Rest in Pieces" promotional poster, this Halloween holiday special looks to celebrate the Dark Side with LEGO's own unique brand of humor.

Now less than a month from its October 1 debut, Star Wars has released a trailer for this "ghoul-actic" special.

Trailer Released For Star Wars LEGO Halloween Special

The trailer Star Wars released for its newest LEGO Star Wars special - LEGO Star Wars Terrifying Tales - shows audiences quite a bit of what audiences can expect from this spooky special.

Set after the events of The Rise of Skywalker, LEGO's Terrifying Tales follows Poe Dameron, voiced by Jake Green, and BB-8 after landing on Darth Vader's planet of Mustafar.

It's here that Graballa the Hutt, voiced by Dana Snyder, has been renovating Darth Vader's castle from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story with the intention of opening a Sith-inspired hotel.

Poe and BB-8 meet Dean, Graballa's mechanic, and Vader's former servant Vaneé who shares three Dark Side stories as trouble brews inside the castle.

In addition to this cast, the trailer shows a variety of other characters from the Star Wars Universe such as Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Darth Maul, the Nightsisters, Kylo Ren, and General Grievous.

It also looks like audiences can expect a few fun nods to classic Halloween films, such as The Shining
