Marvel Reveals New WandaVision Cover Featuring Evan Peters, Elizabeth Olsen & More

It's hard to believe that it's now been almost a year since Marvel Studios first started its reign on Disney+. Now, four shows later, and fans are preparing for the fifth with Hawkeye set to debut in just over a week's time.

It all started back with WandaVision. The series followed Wanda, who, in her grief, took over an entire town and used them as puppets for her imaginary perfect life. The show captivated critics and fans alike. It even got Marvel Studios its first Emmy.

Lots of people miss the show, and many have been clamoring for some sort of spiritual successor. While that isn't in the cards just yet, fans can get another dosage of Maximoff craziness when the brand new behind-the-scenes artbook releases next year.

The Art of WandaVision Revealed

On his Twitter page, Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development and Concept Artist Andy Park revealed half of the wraparound cover for the upcoming book The Art of Marvel Studios' WandaVision.

Park mentioned how he was "honor[ed] to lead the Visual Development team on @MarvelStudios' FIRST @disneyplus show:"

"THE ART OF WANDAVISION artbook is finally coming in February!! This is 1/2 of the wraparound cover I illustrated for this book. It was an honor to lead the Visual Development team on Marvel Studios FIRST Disney+ show!"

The book will officially be released on February 15, 2022.

WandaVision Secrets Are on the Horizon

What's great about big artbooks like this one is all of the little tidbits they hold, whether it's various alternate character designs or glimpses into different avenues that the story could have ventured into.

They make for a fun read, and given everything that Wanda's show did, there's probably an endless supply of interesting concept art for everyone to see. Maybe there will be something about Evan Peters being the actual Quicksilver at one point in development.

While fans might not have WandaVision 2 on the horizon, the world will see Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch next May in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. She's said to be playing a fairly significant role, one that revolves around Xochitl Gomez's newcomer America Chavez.

There's also the recently announced Agatha: House of Harkness Disney+ show. No details were given, so it's not known if it will serve as a true successor to WandaVision, or be its own thing. Fans will just have to wait and see how it all plays out.

The Art of Marvel Studios' WandaVision releases on February 15, 2022.
