Disney Delays Deadpool 3 Following Hugh Jackman Announcement
By this point, it's probably safe to assume most people who have access to an internet connection are well aware of the big Deadpool 3 news that came out a couple of weeks ago: Hugh Jackman's back. After his big cinematic death in Logan, Marvel Studios has successfully been able to convince the actor to return anyways.
But don't worry—the stars of the film have assured fans that the continuity of Logan won't be touched. Of course, they didn't elaborate on what that meant, but there are likely some timeline or general Multiverse shenanigans at play.
Alongside the big announcement, it was also revealed just when the film would hit theaters: September 6, 2024. Sadly, however, it seems that Ryan Reynold's Merc with a Mouth didn't have the tightest grip on that particular release date.
