Marvel Studios is bringing the heat at the start of Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe thanks to the first eight episodes of WandaVision on Disney+. With a wild story that's flowed seamlessly between a sitcom-based reality and the real world outside Westview, NJ, fans are hooked, eagerly waiting to find out what resolutions will come this weekend.

"Episode 8" helped to bring things into focus with in-depth backstories for both Wanda Maximoff and Kathryn Hahn's Anatha Harkness, setting up likely more of the same for the final WandaVision entry. Before that, the journey was one of the most interesting of any modern TV show thanks to its tributes to six unique decades' worth of American TV sitcoms.

Thanks to a recent interview with the show's biggest star, those tributes have returned in an unexpected way.

THE TONIGHT SHOW GOES FULL WANDAVISION

In a new segment on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, WandaVision star Elizabeth Olsen teamed up with Fallon for a fun five-minute-22-second segment with Fallon paying direct tribute to the MCU's debut Disney+ show.

The two play out an interview using imitations of TV shows like The Tonight Show from the 1950s to the present day, just as is done in the first seven episodes of WandaVision. As things get crazier just like in the show, things end with a cameo from Agatha Harkness actress Kathryn Hahn, who even finishes the video with a rendition of her song from the show entitled "It's Been Kathryn Hahn All Along."

The full video can be seen below:

Right now, it would not be an understatement to say that WandaVision has taken the world by storm.

Even in only a five-minute clip, the production team for The Tonight Show captured the essence of everything that WandaVision has brought to Disney+ for nearly two months. Paying tribute to six eras of American talk shows, Fallon and Olsen bring laughs throughout the segment even though nothing is revealed for the future of the MCU show.

Possibly the highlight was the appearance of Hahn, who has taken complete ownership in the role of Agatha Harkness, especially after revealing her full form in last week’s episode. The way The Tonight Show recreated one of the most popular new songs on Earth from the past couple of weeks was spot on, giving Hahn her Agatha moment in real life.

With Paul Bettany giving an interview himself before the WandaVision finale airs, it will be interesting to find out if anything similar comes during his time on-screen as well. No matter if that comes or not, this video is yet another classic piece of off-screen content related to the MCU.

Olsen will be seen again as the Scarlet Witch when the WandaVision season finale arrives on Friday, March 5.
